Harp, it's a teaching hospital and I have the po' folks insurance so there were residents assisting with my surgery. By law, I can't sue because of the students' presence. But, I am trying not to be angry and realise it was not done intentionally. They think it was actually not cut but got bumped by a cauterizing tool and burned, then scarred and separated at the scar. Problem is, they now can't remove my liver tumors until I heal from the kidney surgery, which I still can't get for a couple more weeks because the damage from the fluid has to heal before they will even consider trying the procedure. Which means my chemo is being pushed back even further, which worries the hell out of me because I don't want things growing while they mess around with this.
The short of it is, I'm a nervous wreck atm. They gave me xanax which helps some but seriously I wish they would just fix me so I could get this over with. I really want to come play but I am afraid I have turned even more cranky so I have been watching Star Trek Voyager on Netflix, up to season 6 so I am going to have to decide what to do when I run out of those. If anyone has any suggestions, I am all eyes!
Watch Spartacus: Blood and Sand. There's lots of boobs, especially Lucy Lawless's boobies. I guess if you're a fan of penis, there's some of that too, and dude on dude buttsex!
Stargate has something like 10 seasons of the original show and 5 of SG: Atlantis (which is surprisingly really quite good). I've been working through them for quite awhile now and highly recommend it. There's also the original SG movie, and 2 or 3 other movies that I think went straight to TV, but are definitely worth watching if you've seen the series.
