So as most people know I have been without a job for some time now. Out of a now seemingly bad decision I quit my job to finish school because I needed to be able to have availability for my two clinical rotations as my final classes.

I asked my parents for help in the mean time with my car/phone bills while I finished school and they agreed to it since I have every intention of paying them back after I finished school and found a job. Well the bottom line is that what I had remaining is finally about to hit zero, so I'm mainly being forced to quit.

Even then, in the past week I haven't had the desire to log in other than to go to LS abyssea as some people may have noticed. I have multiple problems going on right now in my life, not all are my fault but some of it is due to my procrastination. I'm in a lot of emotional pain right now, and I don't care to explain why, and most probably don't care to know anyway. So I guess this was going to come eventually.

I've never once quit since I began playing in 2004. So this will be the longest I'll have been away from the game (aside from the Japan disaster), so I'm sure it's going to be a lot harder than I think it will be. I'm not saying goodbye for good, but it certainly has the potential to be until I can get my life straightened out again after all the garbage that happened during the summer. I love my friends and I love this LS.

Though this may be a game, you all are the reason why I still even play after all these years, and the memories I make even through the game mean the world to me. Good luck with the coming update, enjoy it for me and continue to have fun and kick ass. I'll miss everyone.

Man, I'm sorry to see you go… but I'm a lot more sorry to hear that bad stuff has been happenin to you IRL. I'm sure you'll be able to get back on top of it all (hopefully soon!), and we definitely hope to see you again when you do.

In the meantime, focus on what's important (certainly not this game), and keep your head above water. Things are bound to turn around sooner or later and you'll be glad you kept a sane head when they do.

Sorry to hear that things are going so badly for you rafa but rly if they're that bad some game is probably the last thing you should be focusing on. I hope things turn around for you soon and you can rejoin us but until then srysly best of luck ur a good guy who deserves for things to go right.

Rafa, its been said by everyone above,but is heartfelt non-the-less, its horrible to think you wont be around to play, but is totally understandable as to why. Hopefully with school finished you will be able to procure a job soon and this is just a temporary situation for you. R/L always comes first and you are a friend first,as well to us. If you ever need an ear to listen you know where I am on ts and I'm a good sounding board :)

I'm sorry to see you're not doing well Rafa, and hope things turn around soon. I took 6-8 months off, and was the better for it when I returned. I expect to see you back, we'll be here when you do return.
